Yes, you can—and here’s why you should: You’ll enjoy your job more and you’ll do it better. Now, if you’re one of those folks who works to get a paycheck and wants to be left alone, read no more. You can’t personalize Baldrige without a little learning and effort. But if your job is a joyless affair and you want to do something about it, Baldrige is your ticket out of the doldrums. The Baldrige model provides a systems perspective of how an organization should operate. It also provides a systems perspective for how everyone and everything in that system should operate.
