Magnet Launcher

The Overview and Sources of Evidence often ask about a process, program, or policy in several different places and from different perspectives. The Magnet Launcher is a tool for identifying your organization’s major processes, programs, and policies, determining what you need to know about each to respond to the relevant Sources of Evidence (SOE), and organizing the collection of information about each. It also helps you decide who the internal experts are for each process, program, and policy and clarify what these people need to provide, either in documentation or through interviews, to respond to multiple SOEs.

This important first step will launch your documentation process into a productive and wide-ranging first stage.

Magnet Tracker

To effectively manage a process that lasts for at least a year, asks for details about all aspects of your nursing practice, requires up to 2,500 pages of documentation, and demands input from dozens of nurses, you need a tool that the Magnet Team can use to track progress on each Force and Source of Evidence (SOE) to successful completion.
