The Baldrige model addresses the key components of an effective management system for all types of organizations. The model is defined by the Baldrige Criteria, available online at the Baldrige program Web site.

The first seven links at the top of this page represent the seven Baldrige Categories. Click on one and you will find articles related to that Category. For example, click on “3 | Customer” and you will be taken to articles on everything from customer knowledge to customer support to customer loyalty.

Hover over the “Baldrige” link to see three options: “Baldrige Process,” “Criteria,” and “Quality Award Programs.” If you’re new to Baldrige, click on “Baldrige Process” for articles that can help you understand what Baldrige is and how it can help your organization.

Hover over the last link, “Sector,” to connect to articles that are relevant to what you do: business, education, government, healthcare, or nonprofit.

Look under Resources in the second column for helpful information about the Baldrige process and Criteria and other related topics.
