Baldrige Training

I provide the following Baldrige training:

Senior leadership training includes an introduction to the Baldrige Criteria and the assessment process and includes a review of the financial and other benefits of integrating the Baldrige model.
Assessment team training includes developing a working knowledge of the Baldrige criteria that each member can draw upon to research and write an assessment.
Steps to Excellence training, which is a series of six workshops or one week-long workshop built on the Baldrige model, customized for your organization's needs, that combines sound management theory with proven, practical approaches participants can immediately implement. The individual workshops are typically held once a month for six consecutive months. The workshops promote involvement through individual and group exercises, discussions of topical issues and problems organizations encounter, and an open invitation to ask questions. At the conclusion of the workshop series participants will have extensive knowledge about and understanding of their entire management system, its current condition and what areas most need improvement, how to begin making those improvements, and how the areas covered by all six workshops link to produce a high-performing organization. All leaders and managers can benefit from this systems perspective. It will enable participants to manage their whole organization and all of its components to achieve performance excellence.
