Baldrige Assessments

I help organizations conduct Baldrige assessments. My services include one or more of the following, depending on the organization's needs:

• Preparation: Training for senior leaders and/or assessment team members and development of a research plan and timeline.
• Research: Facilitating the information gathering by an internal team or coming on site to conduct the research.
• Writing: Facilitating and editing the assessment produced by an internal team or actually writing the assessment.
• Follow-up: Evaluating the assessment to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement and working with the leadership team to prioritize and act on the evaluation.

I have provided some or all of these services to healthcare organizations, manufacturing and service companies, colleges, military agencies, a non-profit organization, and a district court. The extent of my involvement depends primarily on the organization's deadline, willingness to dedicate internal hours to the project, and budget.
