The goal of Baldrige.com is to become an online gathering place for people who share a passion for the Baldrige model and improvement process. As you can see, this is a basic, functional (we hope) site; we will expand services and features as the community grows.

We have a grand and noble vision for Baldrige.com: Every Organization a Baldrige Organization. Imagine how much better our world would be if all organizations—businesses, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and government agencies—embraced the Baldrige core values. We’ll build our community with the thousands of us who have served as Baldrige and state award examiners or participated in Baldrige application or assessment efforts or seen the benefits of integrating Baldrige. As our community grows, we will encourage high performance in the organizations we work for, buy and receive services from, and supply.

My name is Steve George and I’ll be posting articles about the categories you see in the columns below. I welcome your ideas for posts and your comments on what I’ve written. As the site grows, I’ll ask experts to address topics of interest to the community.
